I arrived home 5:30 Am; I started cleaning the house when I heard “banging” on the bottom of the floor. About an hour and a half later I heard someone yelling and more banging on the floor. I thought it was my sister playing around so I called her name/ woke her up she started hearing the noise to. Finally I lay down on the ground and realized it was coming from after it went on for about an hour I had to leave for work. About 10 minutes after leaving my sister called me and said the downstairs neighbor was banging on the door loudly. So, I told her to call the cops due it being an hour and a half later. They came out and I was told she started heading up stairs saying “she wanted to talk to me. “ Following that the cop explained anything
