Reflection In Health And Social Care
On Wednesday 4/5/2017 Q informed that she had fever symptoms,sho told me that she couldn’t come to work because it was cause of contamination.She would give us medical certificate from doctor to confirm when she was fit to return to work

Last week we have had two trainees .Q wew assigned guide them.I observed her guide and very pleased that she explained everything about foodsafety requirements clearly,fully

I obseeved Q change the uniform when coming to the work and then she washed her hand with soap,dry hands and use gloves to do the task

Last week Q helped wheelchair customer to take a seat in the restaurant.After that I saw her washes her hands thoroughly before working in the food preparation area

When the restaurant was closed,I saw Q CLEANED AND SANITISED ALL THE SERVICE AREA SUCH AS COUNTER,TABLES,SAUCES TABLE,TROLLEIES…

Yesterday I saw Q cut spring onion,when she finished she cleaned knife,chopping board immediatly

Yeaterday I saw Q useded bin liner for garbage container before droped wastes inside

Yeaterday I observed Q prepare food ,she droped all wastes into the bin and then closed lid tightly

On Sunday (5/2017) while colleted dishes from baskets Q saw cockroaches inside.She reforted to the supervisor immediately and I observed she puted all dishes to washing machine to clean again with temperature over 55oC

Lastmonth Q noticed that rats in the bin,she reported this ,immediately we checked very carefully all over the areas and called pest control coming to help
