Refence Letter U.R.Riddle
To Whom It May Concern: It is my pleasure to write on behalf of Uriah Rudy Riddle, who is applying for the Management Trainee position with your company. I have interacted with Uriah directly, as he is a former student of mine.
I first met Uriah several years ago, when he enrolled in my Management course. At first, I noticed that he did not give of the greatest impression with his appearance, but after seeing his work, it was evident that he had a brilliant mind. He took lots of courses in liberal arts and applied those to business. I recall reading a term paper he wrote relating different management styles to modern theories of psychology, honestly, the best undergraduate paper I have ever received! He displayed a strong command of language and the paper was very well written, I can even remember learning a lot from it myself. Riddle also showed strong mathematical skills and handled the statistics aspect of the course with ease. He once told me that my course was boring, which I attribute to his intelligence and ability to absorb information so quickly. This also displays his honesty and straightforwardness, which I believe is a good quality for a manager to possess, as it instills trust from subordinates and other employees.
During Uriah’s time in my course, I also got the impression that he was a little standoffish and thought he had no chance of making it in the business world because he had no talent for getting along with others. Despite this perception, he is a brilliant thinker and I believe that he is also a social late bloomer and has outgrown this introverted behavior.
In closing, Uriah is a talented, knowledgeable, self-sufficient person who would make an excellent addition to your management team! If you have any further questions, feel free to contact me.

To start with, he is very smart and intelligent because he says, “And now a new anxiety seized me-the sound would be heard by a neighbor! The old man’s hour had come! With a loud yell, I threw open the lantern and leaped into the room. He shrieked once-once only. In an instant I dragged him to the floor, and pulled the heavy bed over him. I then sat upon the bed and smiled gaily, to find the deed so far done. But, for many minutes, the…

Although having unhealthy food is quite valuable for many students, we should propose something that would benefit the school and the students. I recommend we start replacing unhealthy food like chips and soda pop with more nourishing food like yogurt or fruit juice. This would not only help having healthier food but also persuade students to eat healthy. Another way we can start the process of healthy food is through using the power of posters in which we can advertise about all the advantages of keeping a healthy yet effective food diet. If us grade nine students start eating healthier this would make us great role models for the younger students who would also want to eat food high in nutrients. By applying these methods the grade nine students will still be able to attend there adventure camp in spring every year and also exercise the benefits of eating much healthier.…
