SUBJECT : PROPOSED MONTHLY PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE
Dear Sir:
In compliance with your request, we are pleased to submit our quotation for the above-mentioned subject:
Monthly Preventive maintenance for the following * Window type air-con 2.0 Hp 6 units * Wall mounted split type air-con 2.0 TR 10 units * Ceiling Casette split type air-con 5.0 TR 4 units 3.0 TR 2 units * Wall mounted split type air-con 2.5 TR 1 unit Total No. of units 23 units
INCLUDES:
Four (4) times a month visit on a weekly basis to perform the following: * Check-up, cleaning of filters, checking of Freon charge and additional charging (if applicable), monitoring of ampere, check-up controls, drain line cleaning, trouble shooting and repair of minor problems * Monthly maintenance report * General cleaning on a quarterly basis * 24/7 availability of Technician for emergency trouble calls but not exceed the allotted number of visit per month
(any excess will be charged for service fee) * (the 24/7 availability of Technician may not be provided in cases of bad weather conditions, floods and other acts of God wherein the safety of the technician may be at risk. )
EXCLUDED: * Mechanical repairs such as replacement of bearing, fan motor and compressor * Relocation of unit and other major repairs * All the materials to be used are to be supplied or charged to the Owner Monthly Maintenance Cost----PhP 18,000.00
PESOS : Eighteen thousand only.
TERMS: Full payment upon billing
