Over the three and a half weeks learning about obesity, nutrition, processed food, and real food. Also I have learned many things about my eating habits, my own diet, and nutritional needs. In the beginning before we even start this I thought that all the food in the world or just food in general including fast food were just real food. Also I use to also think that I always went over my calorie meaning two thousand calories.
When we finally did our super tracker I notice that I got too much grains but I also never met my goal for calories I was usually under by a lot. I only ate nine hundred calories and below. One thing that I really very scary was the video that we watched, I think it was before anything. Some important facts or ideas that I found was that 18 percent of children in the U.S are obese. Also well watching that video I found that there is a different kind of obesity that is more than obesity. It has more fat than just regular fat that obese people have. Another important fact that I found during the video was the probably of Latinos or Africans Americans of being obese is one and two changes. Early obesity can actually cause more damage once they grow up. One thing that really surprised me a lot was that obesity cost over 1,500 billion dollars. I mean that’s a lot of money that might be another reason why the U.S is so in debt. I learned many things about my nutrition, I think that the super tracker helped me out a lot. One thing that I said before was that I never met my calorie limits I was always under no matter how hard I try, I’m just not hungry. So when we had to do this food intake graphs meaning we had to pick 3 days on how you would usually eat. Then you would calculated the calories, protein, carbohydrates, omega 3 and etc. That’s where I found out that my average of 3 days of my calories is 973, and I am supposed to eat at least 2,000 calories or less by a little but I should've
