Putting Warning Labels In The 'Yes !'
In the "Yes!" Section, the author means to say that making people aware of what they're putting into their bodies will make the least likely to do it, when he wrote "Putting warning labels on sugary drinks would save lives." According to the text "... you deserve to know when you're about to put something in your body that can make you sick or worse." This shows the people should know what they're drinking is bad for them because they are simply unaware. The text gives an example of how warning labels have worked in the past, "Anti-smoking measures, including warning labels, are estimated to have saved about 8 million American lives since 1964." This connects too similar problems and proves that warning labels can effectively discourage
