Pursuing The American Dream
With that being said, I think the American Dream may be for everyone! It is obvious that chasing the American Dream is not categorized based on race, and culture because most people want to be loved, accepted, respected, and helped, which is shown as similarities with the main characters. However, chasing American Dream it self, the way that the characters pursued, is not way to survive life, getting them as an example, Bahrani, Kathy, Lester have pursued to longing American Dream, but, sadly, as we saw in the end of the novel, they are either death or captivity instead of achieving their desires.
