Angela your post provided me with knowledge I never had before. I agree with you entirely. I think getting rid of the rainforest for agricultural industry would be a terrible idea. The rainforest provides us with so much that no where else in the world does. Even if the rainforest did not provide the world with important resources and species it would still be an unfit location to have an agricultural industry like the United States because of the climate and amount of rain fall they receive.
