Pros And Cons Of Being An Elf
Have you ever had an elf as good as me? Well maybe you should start to think about hiring me because i’m the best elf out there. I would make an OUTSTANDING elf at the north pole! As an elf, I am a hard worker, I follow and listen to directions, and I am super creative when it comes to making toys.

First of all, I am hard working. Being an elf can be difficult but i’m a very hard worker. When someone gives me a task I can always finish on time. Giving in something late is not what I do. One time I was given a task to make 100 toys and I finished them all in just two day! I would always listen to whatever you say. As your elf I promise to always be a hard working elf.

Another reason I would be a good elf is I am very good at listening and

Santa is a man that represents the Spirit of Christmas. Kris Kringle believed himself to be Santa Claus, and the courts even ruled he is not crazy. It really comes down to perception. I can deeply believe I am an angel and even convince others I am an angel. Does that mean I am crazy or are we not agreed on what that really means? Kris Kringle is Santa Claus, but we have to decide what that means. Does he have reindeer that fly and pull a sleigh with all the children of the world’s presents? Does he have time to go to every obedient child's house and fit through the chimney? Does he have magic? Is he all knowing? Of course not, but he is still Santa Claus. For one thing, Kris Kringle didn’t disagree when the parents of the children flat out said they needed to go and buy their children the gift Santa just said they would receive. For example, the lawyer putting Santa on trial even admitted that he was the one who purchased the gifts for his son.…

The Noldor Elves are a hardworking, intelligent people with a tendency to become very set in their ways. The Noldor Elves tend to be led primarily by male figures, we see this theme throughout “The Silmarillion” starting with Finwë, who led the Noldor into Valinor. Despite the presence of prominent male figures, the Noldor society treats the two genders equally. (Tolkien, 1993, 213) Women partake in many of the same activities as men; for example, we know that Aredhel went horse riding and hunting with her brothers. (Tolkien, 1999, 60) Although elven-women have a tendency to lean towards healing and men towards fighting there is “less difference in strength and speed between elven-men and elven-women . . . than is seen among mortals.” (Tolkien, 1993, 213) Some of the only tasks that appear to be gender specific are the baking of bread and the preparation of most other food. Women are responsible for baking the bread, and men for all other food. (Tolkien, 1993, 214)…

When you set out to accomplish something, you should ensure that the work you produce is something of value. You must ask yourself, “Would I be proud of my work?” I was once told that in anything and everything you do, you should be prepared to stand behind the quality of the work you produce. It is very important to be self-disciplined and self-motivated when doing things. This means that you do not need very much, if any at all, outside motivation or encouragement. It means that you will take initiative to accomplish whatever the assigned task is. When you possess this type of work ethic, you become a role model for others to follow.…
