1- Introduction
Through this Capstone project‘s paper, I will answer the next question; what is the impact of the Human resource management (HR) practices in the success of the big companies’ management such as Proctor and Gamble (P&G)? .To answer this question, I will follow a qualitative analysis by taking the company Proctor and Gamble (P&G) as a study case. I will find out, how the company uses the talent management perspective which is defined as the goal-oriented and integrated process of planning, recruiting, developing, managing, and compensating employees’ . P&G is ranking #24 on the World’s most Innovative Companies list in 2015, # 27in 2016, and # 89 in 2017. The company has 8,000 employees R&D global team with $2 billion annual

By 1949, its popularity with consumers makes it the leading laundry product in the country.
1-In 1961, P&G test-markets its first disposable baby diaper Pampers®.
-in 2001, Proctor & Gamble creates Connect + Develop to completely leverage internal & external innovation assets.
The above inventions are just a sample of tens inventions by P&G through 180 years since 1837. Those great inventions such as; Tide and Pampers are because of the HR policy of the company to hire talented employees through a unique hiring processes. By using this hiring system, the company can choose, from the candidates, the employees who have the ability of critical thinking and creativity.
I think that the company use the talent management perspective which is defined as the goal-oriented and integrated process of planning, recruiting, developing, managing, and compensating employees. 3.1.1-Application
Through this step the candidate will enter the following information; contact details, education, resume, questionnaire that related to specific skills required for the job, and confirmation and revision before submission.
I think this questionnaire is very important to filter candidates and make sure that the people who apply are to some extend are fit to the job description. Choosing the right people to the jobs will ensure their success and creativity.
3.1.2- Assessment
Online assessments are main tool is used by P&G to measure skills and abilities that generally do not emerge from interviews. These assessments help determine if a candidate possess the competencies needed to be successful at P&G. The company adopts the Model PVP (purpose, values, and principles) which called peak performance
