Attendance figures collected during the administration of the third day of the Puerto Rican Academic Achievement Tests (PPAA) again reflected a 96.7% share of students and 98% of teachers, according to information provided by the Education Secretary Rafael Román Meléndez.
200, 677 students took the English test today. As of 18, 883 teachers assigned to provide tests for today, 18, and 514 were submitted to the classrooms and participated in the process.
The Education Minister said the attendance rates recorded since Friday, underscoring the commitment with students, parents, teachers and principals with the administration of the tests. "Every day we have seen the motivation with which our students participate in these tests. The effort they have put in these days we owe to teamwork among teachers, principals and parents who recognize the importance of this measurement process to improve our education system, "he said Román Meléndez.
Management process of the PPAA ends tomorrow with the subject of science. Thursday and Friday replacements will be offered to students who for justified reasons could not attend to take tests during the corresponding period.
