Introduction
Presently, leadership is understood to be socially embedded and constructed; therefore, it should be distributed among those involved in leadership. In that regard, relational, collectivist, procession, and non-authoritarian dimension of leadership is supported (Fletcher 2004; Friedrich). This paper demonstrates practical implications of post-heroic leadership theories. It claims that practices streamlined by post-heroic leadership aspects are much more valuable than what heroic leadership delivers. In the first place, this leadership has a capability to catch up with the wide quickly-changing world; and second; if its real nature is taken into consideration, it can bring high achievements. Since this paper focuses on post-heroic leadership, five distinct theories will be considered: a philosophical approach to leadership, complex adaptive leadership, relational leadership, leadership from process perspective, and shared leadership (Giuliani 2002).
