Salt
The main role of salt in dough is for flavor; it is an essential seasoning. The proponents will store at least two kilograms of salt per week. Salt costs PHP 21.75 per kilogram in Ana Basilio.

The more products to be produced, there will be more wastes also. So the business should implement its strategies to reduce their wastes, reuse those that are still usable, and dispose the wastes effectively. Pitsa Konos will surely create a huge amount of wastes products starting from opening of the bags/boxes of the stocks of ingredients to serving of the food composing of plastic bags, boxes, straw, paper wrapper and other non-biodegradable materials that will be used by Pitsa Konos during its operating period. The waste materials will be properly stored and collected by Pitsa Konos and the transfer and disposal services will be provided by the city of Cavite. The wastes will be collected accordingly to the waste collector’s schedule.
