Physician Engagement Plan
As we have been working to improve physician engagement throughout NMG/NMH, the idea of enhanced Administration presence is a common theme across survey results. The idea recently surfaced that we could utilize the new Feinberg Physician Lounge as a space not only for physicians to come grab breakfast/lunch, meet with physician colleagues but also our leadership teams. Dr. Chrisman and Julie are excited about piloting this idea and selected you both to be our first executives to participate. You both have responsibilities for critical functions that our physicians want to learn more about and also recognize its critical component to not only their work but also their patients experience at NM.
