Physical Wellness
Physical wellness involves aspects of life that are necessary to keep yourself in top condition. Optimal physical wellness is developed through the combination of beneficial physical activity/exercise and healthy eating habits. (Chobdee, 2014). An important elemental components of physical wellness include building muscular strength and endurance, cardiovascular strength, and endurance. Also making good decisions when it comes to alcohol, stress management, nutrition, and sleep.This things of physical wellness is very important too keep yourself in healthy shape.
When it comes to building muscular strength, endurance, cardiovascular, and flexibility, you must do this things carefully. When building muscular strength make sure you stretch, and lift ways according to your work out plan, do not lift any weight that you are not ablt to handle because it can be deadly. Also for cardiovascular strenth and endurance keep a pace that is good for you. It is good to push your self but to a limit. If you feel light headed, dizzy, or nauseous make sure you stop, take a breath until you become able to control your health. Doing this kind of work out is one off the things we can do to keep up on physical wellness.
Decisions on alcohol are sometimes hard to make. We do not know when it is good to stop drinking or how often to drink alcohol. “It is okay to say no” (Services, 2014), try to eat food before and while you are drinking. Food slows the absorption of alcohol, and always try know what you are drinking. Never leave your drink unattended; make or get your own drink. Know what a standard drink is. “Generally, a standard drink is 12 ozs. of beer, 5 ozs. of wine or 1.5 ozs. of 80 proof liquor” (Services, 2014).
Stress management is also a major part off being physically active. If you have negative stress, this will make you feel lazy, feeling down like you do not have the strength to

    Most people will think of physical wellness as how they are feeling, whether they are sick, tired, or injured in some sort of way.
