When trying to define a person, or yourself, you must first understand your personality type. A personality type can be seen as the “whole” of a person. When trying to find your personality type, you must first ask yourself, “What is important to you and why?” There are a number of personality type, in fact, there are some many it can be difficult to place a person into just one classification. However, is can be easier to look at the different parts that make up the whole of the personality, and these parts are personality traits. Personality traits are a person’s attitudes, behaviors, and actions. While, there are also multiple traits a person can have there are a few significant ones that people obtain that can be more important in life.

This is an important personality trait to have in life because it can allow a person to open new door. In other words, confidence equips a person with an attitude for success. People have said, “If you believe you in yourself you will be more likely to succeed.” For example, two people completing for the same job, with the same education and jobs skill, but during the job interview one candidate expresses tremendous confidence while the other candidate is less confidence.
