Whenever I work on assignment or study for a test I work to the best of my abilities, always focusing on my goals and completing them as efficiently as possible. My work ethic helped me last year while studying for final exams, as I started my studying early, allowing me to fully know the complete material of my exams well before I had to take them. By working hard and responsibly, I have developed many qualities that a leader needs in order to succeed, including perseverance and dedication. My dedication always helps me while I memorize new material for my classes, as I always persevere through the difficulties until I have mastered the material. Leaders cannot always rely on their intelligence, and I know how to conquer challenges that require courage and resilience, not brains or intellect. My dedication to acting honorably at all times has created a great deal of success in my life. This success cannot be measured just by my grades or my achievements, but in my relationships with others and my overall happiness. As a result, for the virtues I strive to demonstrate, and others that I try to improve, I have been compensated with contentment. By living my life with goals and improvement always on my mind, I have found that success comes from watching your virtues help others. The best way to help the world grow as one large community is with responsible dedication. Responsible dedication helps the world grow because collaboration and relationships always leads to advancement of civilization. My compensation in my life isn’t a physical reward, but instead knowing that I have helped improve my world with my virtues.
