But if I take control of the situation, I will be able to decipher what kind of organization and people that I would like to work for and with. I can decide what type of product or service I want to create, where I want to work, what I want to do while I am working. Additionally a personal vision will help me to decipher what tools and resources that I will need in order to create and turn this personal vision into a reality for both me and my organization.
