Personal Narrative: My Placement At Pilton Equalities Project
My placement at Pilton Equalities Project (PEP), have been a good experience. I have learned the new knowledge and development skills, time management and good communication skills of how to work with people in the community, lone working, building confidence and motivation. I have learned that supporting and caring for older people in the community, is not just a health or social work responsibility, we all have a role to play: families, neighbours and communities; providers of services like housing, transport, leisure, community safety, education and other commercial enterprises.
