Personal Narrative: My Learning Style Assessment
The learning style assessment revealed that I tend to more of a visual learner. This was expected as I have always preferred to be shown how to complete a task and then try it on my own. I think this learning style is most conducive to the online learning experience. Knowing my dominant learning style will set me up for success throughout my time at Bethel. However, I think knowing my limitations is equally important. For example, when completing our attend section of the curriculum, I have found it helpful to make notes. When I only hear information I tend to have trouble remembering it, so taking notes is my way over overcoming that particular hurdle.
