My day started by attending a bed unit meeting. After the meeting I began organizing my site coordinator's file cabinet. Once this was complete I attended a nurse acquisition meeting. Lastly, I made copies and organized a folder for my site coordinator.

I started my day by organizing and sorting my site coordinator's filing cabinet. After finishing this task I cleaned and organized the display board used for my administration project located in the work station. Later, I updated the drive and weight chart for the month of May. Once I had finished this task, I met with the process improvement manager in order to obtain information needed to complete my project. Afterwards, I attended a unit huddle meeting. Lastly, I attended a Lacks Leadership meeting in which I was able to meet some of the physicians that work in the Lacks Cancer Center.

Growing up I had two loving parents, they always wanted the best possible for me. School was always challenging for me. I never liked it, and I never had a good work ethic. It started when I was young, my parents never made me do chores, and they always rewarded me for minimal efforts of work, and it did not help me in the long run. I had a very easy life growing up, but being spoiled does not help when you become an adult. It’s very hard to just gain a work ethic, it takes a lot of time and effort.…

This morning was really easy for me. I woke up early and ate biscuits and gravy. Yum! It was so delicious. Our cook has really good taste. After I ate, I watered my horse and helped out our trail boss. He had me give out orders to some of the drovers. Soon night arose and it was time for me to do my duty on this drive. I corralled the herd and immediately watched for escaping cattle.…

Thursday we had closing VBS. After VBS Yesinia gave me a rubber band because everybody else was giving out bracelets. The team finished work on the construction site. Also we had a closing church service and there was a love offering collected for the pastor’s family. We said our goodbyes and then went back to the hotel. It was hard but we all made a lasting impression upon the people of Pomona. They also made a lasting impression on me, they taught me that it is okay to always be happy, and most of all they made me realize that I am very blessed to have what I…

She wants to be a geriatric nurse and ended up looking at nearby retirement homes. She applied online to a few, and some of them never got back to her.…
