Personal Narrative: Giving Money To The Homeless Man
I didn’t know it then but giving money to that Homeless man was a big step for me. It was august 26, 2016 My brother and I were going to the Beach because it was a sunny day 100 degrees fahrenheit then we saw a man he looked like he was in his 40s. My brother started to say
“Kaira stop staring at that man lets just go to the Beach and mind our own business” then I said
“Okay” so after that happened we went to the Beach and just sat there for awhile then My brother said “C’mon let's jump into the water it's nice and warm” He did not give me enough time to say anything until he pushed me into the water.

“ NOOOOOOOOO” I screamed I Started to drown and then my brother shouted my name and did it again and again after a few seconds

Then we left and it seemed liked we arrived home as quick as possible( you are probably wondering where is the part when i give money to the homeless person just wait) as soon as we got home I just went to bed.

The next day I woke up went to the bathroom and took a shower and then after I got out and changed out of my pj’s I went down to eat some cereal. My brother was down there watching tv. He saw me coming down the stairs and he said
“Want to go out for some food “ and I said
“yes “ so after I went to get my socks and shoes we went out to his car in the garage.

We went to around the same place I saw the homeless man. We went to subway which by the way is one of my favorite places to eat. I got a 6 inch sub while my brother got a 12 inch sub. We got our subs after waiting and the we had a competition of who could tell the worst joke he one because he has the worst humor so yeah than he gave me $100.00 because he said he pushed me into the water and almost killed me so that also happened and then we finished and we got out and we saw that man we saw from yesterday. And I told my brother
“Yahya look it's the homeless man from yesterday “
“Okay so’ Then I told my brother
“Wait right here” in the end I decided to give that man my $100.00 because he most likely wouldn’t have got $100.00 again where I

It was going to be a short ride only about 4 hours altogether through the South Dakota mountains. About an hour into our ride, we reached the mountains and as soon as we did Brody, Eli, Maddy, and I rode our horses to the top of the mountains. When we reached the top of the mountains we got off our horses and looked out over the South Dakota scenery, it was a beautiful view. I have never seen a better view in my life. You could see so far since we were up so high in the air and when we looked down at Tommy and Cassie they looked like ants. After we took a few pictures we headed back down to Tommy and Cassie. We went a little further after we got down from the mountain and then we turned back and headed towards camp. We arrived back at camp we washed, fed, and watered the horses. When we were done with that stuff we made a fire and started carving on sticks for a competition we were having and then at about 11 we went to…

Through all of the years my brother and I have gone through a great deal of things but, I will never forget this day. TJ was playing basketball with boys in the neighborhood when all of the sudden they called him retarded. TJ came crashing through the door crying because he didn’t know what the word meant but, he knew the word had a negative connotation. He came home and told my parents, they were furious. They walked down to the neighbors house and talked to the child’s parents before they apologized to TJ. After we got home from the neighbors house TJ asked what the word…

It was the day that I was dreading all week. It was the day my brother was leaving for college. Since the day i was born me and my older brother have been really close. We liked the same things, hung out with the same people, and played on the same sports teams. We did everything together. As time went on nothing really changed even through high school we were still really close. The day he was leaving for college I was at my friends house and didn’t want to go home until the minute he was leaving. I didn’t want to see him until he left because i knew it was going to be hard for me to watch him leave so i figured if i didn’t see him until he said bye it wouldn’t be as bad. Another part of me also didn’t want to show him weakness, that i was…

I was strolling on the streets of New York City on my way to work as a science teacher at New York City Schools. I glared at the homeless people on the streets pondering, how did they get there? When I was younger there were many people living on the streets. Now that it is 2052 and I'm forty-two years old, the number of homeless people increased rapidly. I'm hoping I never end up like them. Eventually, I got to school and I went to my class. Like every day, I take a glimpse from the door and all twenty-three students were loud, throwing paper, and talking. I immediately went inside and yelled at them. For the rest of the day, I dealt with rambunctious kids.…

We were so happy, I started explaining to her where we were, how the place looked like and that there was a big garbage can, as I explain tears dripped from my eyes. We hugged each other, cried, and stayed put right next to the garbage can. We finally saw my mother’s silver BMW car. We slowly walked towards the car, making sure that it was my mother or one of our parents are in there. I then saw my mother did something with her hand, I know what that meant to hurry up, I told my little cousins to hurry up and get in the car, we ran as fast as we could towards the car and got in. Since then my little cousins and I learned a very big and important lesson that we will never forget, it to your pacings with your family, close and to tell them that you need a break if you are losing your…

Finally by the time we got home I went straight to my mom and dads room and I noticed “I WAS MISSING A TOOTH” I screamed at the top of my lungs and my mom rushed to the room but eventually I stopped screaming and calmly laid down on the bed and fell asleep while watching the show Phineas and Ferb(I was only 6 so I should be aloud to watch the show alright). The next day when I woke up I smelled heaven and right away I knew what it was my grandmas pancakes!I rushed out of bed and ran as fast as I could to the dining room. I was just on time because the pancakes were about to be ready. After…

My mom and I were running late. Not like it was anything new. We were supposed to be in Moulton no later than 5:30, and now it was closer to 6:00. We finally pulled into the apartment complex, where we were supposed to meet this guy, at a little after 6:00. After searching for this guy for a few minutes[->0] and a few phone calls, we assumed that we had missed him. "See Mom, you should have gotten off of work early," I said just as I saw the guy pull into the parking lot. "Hey are you ready to move into your apartment?" asked the guy. After a few minutes of struggling to get the furniture into the apartment, I figured it was the end of the adventure. A few weeks[->1] later, after getting home from work, my mom was telling me that I would never guess who had called her earlier in the day. Not being in a great mood, I just shrugged my shoulders as to suggest that I didn't really care. Then she asked me if I remembered the guy who we had met just a few days before. She told me that he had called to ask her if she wanted to go out one night that coming weekend.…
