Descriptive Essay Entry Slip I had a hard time deciding on a topic for my descriptive essay. My first idea was to describe a concert I had recently attended, but as I started writing, I realized it was not the right topic for me. This essay I compared to lasagna, a classic, yet complex, dish. There are many different lasagna recipes to choose from, so I often have to try different recipes to find the right fit.
