Personal Narrative: Disaster Recovery
I have built two Disaster Recovery programs over the last six years. First for example Target Corporation, I implemented a new strategic framework for the IT Service Continuity Management team and the Disaster Recovery Program. The strategy was based on a three year roadmap. The roadmap detailed out how Target will enhance the Disaster Recovery Planning across Supply Chain & India, key strategic initiatives, prioritize applications and improve the mainframe recovery capabilities.
I worked with management, the Business Continuity Management Team and the enterprise risk management group to gain agreement standardized methodology to conduct a risk assessment for the Supply Chain which included the Stores, distribution centers and merchandising
