Executive.Summary:

Human Recourse Management is a vital part of any organization. This is even more important for a multinational company & other organization.For recruiting the best candidate at a best place , there are some headhunters all over the world. PeopleScape is one of them in Bangladesh.

As students of ASAUB we are lucky to get a chance to prepare an assignment on PeopleScape. While working on it we came to know about various aspects of planning and implementation HRM. In conducting the study we have tried to relate our bookish concept with practical scenario.

Methodology:

Our report is based on personal interviews and gathered information. Most of the data and information was found on the official website of PeopleScape Bangladesh. The interview was an open ended discussion. Where we probed for information.

Limitations:

We tried our level best to omit any mistakes but there were some minor faults. We are hopeful that this report will serve the reader to know about major functions, recruitment for fress graguate& etc. We have tried hard to make this report decent, delicate & perfect. But obviously there must be a chance of making errors & omissions. I hope, the readers will be kind enough to consider those errors.

    My name is Rookhsana Abreen and I’m from one of the developing nation Bangladesh. Bangladesh is a country that in the continent Asia. Bangladesh’s culture is very different form the western culture. Bangladesh culture consists of respect for friend’s family member and the most important of all religion. My society is very diverse and very strongly bonded and we almost know everybody because of the festivals that we celebrate as society. I am from a much socialized city called Chittagong. Most of the people that reside in Bangladesh are Bengali and India. In Bangladesh majority of the people are Muslims that follow Islam and while the other majority of Bangladesh is Hindu, Christianity and Buddhism. Bangladesh is a democratic nation, which is run by the people of Bangladesh. Bangladesh has prime minister that they have chosen by the vote of people. Bangladesh political system is very corrupt with corrupt politician that benefit them selves and not help the poor, which is why Bangladesh majority of the population and geography is still not yet developed.
