Paintball Research Paper
Paintball was not really a sport when it started out. The forestry department and logging companies were using spray paint to mark trees, and that took way too long, so they got in touch with a company called "Nelson Paints", who had made squirt guns that used paint in the 1940's, to come up with an easier way to mark the trees. As for the actual way to play paintball, just follow the rules, and learn to be a better player each time you get out onto the field. And even a paintball novice will realize that even with the cheapest equipment, it is still a very expensive sport, because you have to pay to rent the equipment, if you don't own it already, and you also have to buy the paintballs, if you didn't bring your own, and the payment for memberships at the paintball field is usually pretty expensive, but worth it when you get a discount on the entry fee or elimination of the entry fee altogether. And the other reason I enjoy it is because a friend of mine introduced me to it, and I really enjoyed the whole 7 hours straight that we played it. And really the only limit to my participation is international travel, because we aren't exactly rich. So all in all, paintball delivers a good sense of leadership, fun, and physical

Consequently the intense nature of the movement causes an increase in your heart rate particularly at the follow through/ impact which is when the player actually will attempt to take the shot .…
