I. Company Background

a. Mission

“Enderun aims to graduate students with the academic training, professional competencies, and character required for success in today 's complex world, by offering international-caliber degree programs that combine management theory and practical experience in a values-rich learning environment.”

Enderun prides itself in not only theoretical training but they ensure that each student in his/her field is equipped with practical training that is immediately applicable to today’s hospitality industry.

b. History/Background

Enderun Colleges, Inc. is a college that offers a four – year degree course both in International Hospitality Management and Business – with Majors International Hospitality Management (Hotel Administration or Culinary Arts), Hotel Operations and Restaurant Management for IHM, while there are majors in Business such as Business Administration, Entrepreneurship and Information Systems. Founded in 2005 by a group of people belonging both in the business industry as well as other industries such as Hospitality and Education, these founders wanted to focus on and highlight on one’s values, passion and interpersonal skills – which they believe are important components in being a successful career individual. They wanted to establish an educational institution that not only bases its lessons from books and from their professors but it was important to the founders that the students were given opportunities so they can learn and experience practical know – how
