All leaders are different, and come from a different past. How can that change a leader? Oprah Winfrey had gone through a rough past but that has changed her to be a great leader. Oprah Gail Winfrey was born on January 29, 1954. She comes from an African American background, her leadership philosophy prioritizes people, vision and values. Oprah is a revolutionary type leader. Her goal is to reach out to others and inspire, care, and be positive for them.
