LEGAL
1. In 2014 budget keeping corporate efficiency in mind government planned to reduce corporate taxes by 1% to 33% only.
2. In 2014 budget it decided to remove inequalities in tax systems hence all entities will be treated in same way.
3. In 2014 budget it is decided to give on simple consolidated export facility instead of six exporter facilities which were complex.
4. It is only Pakistani product which is present globally in America and several other nations.
Economic
5. Per capita income has increased by 1.44 % which will raise purchasing power of people which may increase product demand.
6. Due to slow increase in inflation of 1.1% which make total of 8% almost hence will increase purchasing power and for that reason they can earn more profits without cutting prices of their products.
SOCIAL
7. As people are becoming health cautious and medical awareness is improved they can include natural flavors to cash in market.

Threats
LEGAL
1. Tariff rates will be reduced and slabs will be minimized in order to liberalize trade.
2. Introduction of capacity taxes that means tax will be on plants production capacity rather than actual production. This made Pakola to close its glass bottle production.
3. National Environment Action Program me to protect health in which air and water quality monitoring is one feature. As beverage industry hugely rely on water as an input hence have to comply with these laws.
SOCIAL
4. People now days prefer to have brand which reflect to be young and bit western but Pakola is purely patriotic brand hence faces great challenge to cater market share.
5. Pakistani people have strong perception regarding it that it is only green ice cream soda drink nothing else which is hard to change. Due to that their other products are not getting that much success in market with they deserve by getting advantages of brand affiliation.
6. As it is only Pakistani drink which is sold in different nations hence only one to compete
