In Washington's Old Post Office, a luxury hotel property Trump has been developing, a chef named Geoffrey Zakarian had agreed to open a new restruant there. But after Trump referred to Mexican immigrants as "rapists," Zakarian dropped his plans, as did another celebrity chef who was to open a restaurant there, Jose Andres. In August, Trump sued both Andres and Zakarian for breach of contract after pulling out of their respective restaurant projects. Both chefs have since filed counter claims. The court case was taken place at the D.C. superior court. Donald Trump ends up winning his lawsuit up to an estimated 10 million from Zakarian and another chef named Jose Andreas. Then, Andres countersued trump for 8 million, faulting Trump’s statements
