Odysseus Leadership Skills In The Odyssey
The Odyssey is an epic story told by Homer. The Odyssey is said to have been told by a mysterious man named Homer, where as the story was told in multiple episodes, which will be described as the SAQ is written. As throughout the entire Odyssey, Odysseus’ leadership skills tested, and as so, he failed. He was supposed to bring his entire crew home, but instead, he barely made it to his homeland himself. A prime example of Odysseus’ terrible leadership skills was when Odysseus had the bags of wind sealed. When they came close to their home, the men did not trust Odysseus and thought he was trying to hide treasure from them, to which they opened the bag, and they were blown back to Ithaca. If odysseus had only been smart enough to tell his men
