Agreed ways of working

Agreed ways of working is following policies and procedures in the care plan that is given with each individual resident and care plans to do within the residential home given by your employer . Agrred ways of working means ways in which you are able to apply the latest rules and regs that dictate how care workers treat people in a residential home.There is a code of conduct which every worker should know about, it's all about protecting the vulnerable.

Care plans need to be regularly updated.
High level of training to keep staff educated and motivated within their job roles .
Full up to date details of agreed ways of working

It is Important to have up to date agreed ways of working as there may be changes in policies within the law. Your company may have to implement them to help protect the vulnerable.
Without up to date information on agreed ways of working how would we improve and move forward?
If these were not provided within the business this could be classed as abuse to the care setting you are in as you would not be completely knowledgeable on the the new policies and procedures which could be vital to a residents happiness within the care setting.
The Importance of why social care workers follow guidance about the limits of their job role

it is a legal requirement. You have a duty to keep service users safe by following policies, procedures and working within your job role. Just think of the chaos and danger if we all worked just as we would like!
