On 09/03/2016 I, Deputy Daniel Pruitt was dispatched to 14424 South 209th West Avuene for a EMS complaint.

I spoke to Chris Looman who stated he was looking at his new BB gun he had bought. Chris stated he did not know the BB gun was loaded. Chris stated he accidently shot himself in the face. I noticted a small hole in the middle of Chris's nose. EMS was on scene and going to transport Chris to St. Francis hospital for treatment for the injury. Chris stated the incident was an accident.
