My Nursing Philosophy Statement
Nursing care should accompany the provision of best and quality of care and service despite the race, age, gender, religion, socioeconomic status. My personal philosophy is centered on the four paradigms considering they work hand in hand to promote nursing care. In my one year experience as a registered nurse I have realized how all these four paradigms play a major role on patients recovery, however I have also realized that patient’s mental well-being greatly influences the outcome of medical treatment. Mental well-being should be accorded maximum weight. Achieving emotional stability is pegged on well-being of the environment.
