My Experience As A Dental Assistant
The most significant clinical service experience that I have had was meeting fourth year dental students from Virginia Commonwealth University during their rotations. At the time, I was in training to become a certified dental assistant and still considering becoming a dentist. The dental students were so positive and encouraging when I explained to them my desire and apprehension of pursuing a dental career. I had several concerns that I thought would prevent me from achieving this career goal however, for every doubt I had, the dental students only had uplifting remarks.
