To modify my diet to best use the six classes of nutrients and recommended serving I will include more vegetables in my meals. Instead of eating candy and a lot of sweets I will eat fruit that is sweet to make up for the candy. I will change the way I make my salads instead of ice berg lettuce I will use dark leafy green lettuce to make my salads.
