Environmental issues are described as problems with the environment structure (air, water, soil, etc.) that have developed as a result of human interference or mistreatment of the environment. are regularly disregarded till a lapse inside the care for surroundings, which leads to critical human health hassle would then positioned regulation gaps in the highlight. “There are few things certain in life- one is death, second is change and the other is waste”. No one can stop these things, but with better management we can prepare our lives. In here one crucial environmental issue is associated with municipal solid waste(MSW). Based on a projected population growth, annual waste generation in the Philippines will reach 16.63 million tons by 2020. Poor solid waste management leads to environmental pollution of air, water and soil that exposes people to potential environmental and associated health risks. (Mayuga, 2017).
Effects of Manufacturing Industries Our environment is being polluted every day. One of the main reasons behind this pollution is Industrial waste. According to the Earth Untouched organization factories are dumping their waste anywhere thy can, and it is polluting our environment. Since the industrial revolution, small and traditional trades have been replaced by large industrial factories. Industrialization has been the result of rapid developments in technology and the increasing demands in our daily lives. 4
These industries are essential to the progress of human civilization. There is almost no alternative to industrialization for meeting the high worldwide demand for good. But the main thing is that most industrial factories are not eco-friendly at all. These factories produce a lot of waste every day.     Abstract Municipal solid waste management (MSWM) is one of the major environmental problems of Indian cities. Improper management of municipal solid waste (MSW) causes hazards to inhabitants. Various studies reveal that about 90% of MSW is disposed of unscientifically in open dumps and landfills, creating problems to public health and the environment. In the present study, an attempt has been made to provide a comprehensive review of the characteristics, generation, collection and transportation, disposal and treatment technologies of MSW practiced in India. The study pertaining to MSWM for Indian cities has been carried out to evaluate the current status and identify the major problems. Various adopted treatment technologies for MSW are critically reviewed, along with their advantages and limitations. The study is concluded with a few fruitful suggestions, which may be beneficial to encourage the competent authorities/ researchers to work towards further improvement of the present system.
