Mr. Neely: A Case Study
Counselor contacted Mr. Neely for a counseling session. He states that he is coping with hearing loss. He states that hearing loss is a huge adjustment. I counseled Mr. Neely on ways of improving communication that will help improve his self-confidence and productivity. I explained to him how important it is to know and be aware of different situation and atmosphere that he is required to work and function in. We discussed his hearing since being fitted, and he states that he has discovered how hard of a time he was having. Mr. Neely thanked the agency for helping ,and he will contact me if anything
