Mr. Kurose Murder Case Study
Mr. Kurose was murdered at Waianae HIgh School. He was the 11th grade vice principal for Waianae High School for the last 4 years. He was a father of 4 and was a very well-liked man. Victim appears to have been stabbed several times and dismembered. The time of death was between 2:45 - 3:30 , he was in the front office but that wasn’t the primary crime scene the body was found submerged in ice bucket in cass A-201. Ms. Moriwaki is the murderer because she had the motive, opportunity, and an capability. Ms. Moriwaki is not guilty for murdering Mr. Kurose. Moriwaki was at the course alike meeting that started at 2:30 or so. Later we recovered that Keil Oberlander added Moriwaki to the attendees list at 6:13pm.

Moriwaki had many opportunities. The night of the murder at the volleyball game Oberlander was kicked out “At the game, I saw Mr. Oberlander leave early...he walked by the concession cursing, took his hat off, threw it down on the ground, stamped his feet and came to the counter and demanded I give him a Coke. I handed him the Coke...he left without even paying...cursing along the way. I could tell he was very angry about something.” (Hansen Interview report, pg.3). These are evidence of Moriwaki’s opportunities for killing Kurose. Ms. Moriwaki is very capable of killing Kurose. Moriwaki isn’t a regular good person “Moriwaki was referred to a antisocial personality disorder specialist after family members caught her killing and torturing the neighbors dog.
