My dad is the most important man in my life. He is the hardest most dedicated

man I have ever met. I look up to him and he is truly my hero. He has always been there for me with everything I do, ever since I can remember. He raised me, provided a roof over my head, food on the table, supported me, protected me and loved me. He’s help me through so much and has helped form the person I am today. I can’t imagine my life without him and therefore this is why my dad is the most important man in my life.

If there is one thing my dad has taught me in life it’s everyone has a purpose to

live and you can do anything you put your mind to. That you have to work for the things you want, nothing in life comes easy. My dad works for Ford, and it’s not a fun job for him. Even though he absolutely hates his job, he does it for the family and I admire him for that. I couldn’t even imagine how it is for him but he never complains. He works everyday, all night then comes home and does work at home. Wether its mowing the lawn, cleaning the house, working on new improvements in the house, he’s always doing something. He also has a very bad back, he will come home from work barley being able to walk because his back hurts him so bad. He doesn’t complain about it and will go to work the next day. It hurts me to see my dad like this but I know it’s life and you cant always do and have the things you want.

Throughout my life my dad has been very strict with rules and behavior of his

kids. There has been times where I think he is taking things to serious or he’s over exaggerating. Then I think about it and try putting myself in his shoes. The reason I think he’s angry all the time is because he is unhappy with work then he has to come home to chores, me and my brother fighting or something else he has to worry about. It makes me sad thinking he is unhappy. He deserves better and deserves to be happy. Through my dads younger years he was a hard worker. He grew up in a lower poverty family and never once complained. Hearing stories about him he did what he was told and was an all around american kid playing and moving around everyday outside. In High School he was a cross country runner and would run everyday. He worked at it everyday to be the best he could be. He could of got scholarships for running but his senior year he hurt his back in the weight room. I think about that all the time, what if my dad went to college, would he have been happier? He would of had a better job that he hopefully would of liked. I don’t know anyone who works harder than my dad.

Growing up I played soccer and ran. My dad was my number one fan and helped

me so much to be a better, motivated player. For soccer he never once missed a game and he was the dad you could always hear on the side lines. When I started soccer and even to this day he always takes me out to practice, and when he was in better shape he would run with me all the time pushing me to be better. My senior year I did cross country for the first time, hoping it would make my dad happy since that was his sport in high school. Even though I wasn’t the best runner, he was still there for me and always showed how proud of me he was. That’s the best feeling to me, knowing that my dad is proud of me.

My high school soccer season has been tough through the years and my dad

helped me through it. Freshman year was amazing then I got to sophomore year and at the end of the season most of the sophomores were pulled up besides me and a couple girls. It wasn’t fair to me, I was one of the best and Im not saying that to be cocky, but I did get most of the playing time and was the top scorer on the team. My coach Joel based everything on popularity and it was all about politics. My dad helped me realize to be the bigger person and to not let my coach get the best of me. I know if I ever played a bad game my dad would be the first one to tell me and help me with what I did wrong.

Even with all the fights and arguments we have had, I will always love him

unconditionally. He’s the best man I know and I know if it weren't for him I would not be the person I am today. I think about the past fights we have had and thinking about all the things I have done to disappoint him. I feel terrible for some of the things I have said or done in the past. I know my dad has a good heart and if he’s mad theres a reason and he is only looking out for me. He has my best interest at heart and I know that but sometimes I don’t except that. I know through all the bad times he will still care for me and I hope I will always have that close relationship with my dad. ! !

Overall there is no better man than my dad. Words can’t explain my relationship

with my dad, I love him with all my heart. I know if I ever need anything he will be there to help me through it. Motivating, strong, hard worker, loving, protecting and caring are words of why my dad is the best dad anyone could have.
