Moral issues are inescapable part of our living and who we are, in life we encounter several circumstances in human existence and experiences through personal and moral questions out of various moral challenge and questions we answer these questions based on moral values that we believe in those moral values that shape our thoughts, feelings actions and perceptions where ethics takes place hence ethics is the study of moral standard. The care and service dispensed through them by the community is inline with the highest value of trust, their actions and character is a reflection of their standards of responsibility and as a group of the whole medical practitioners. () The actions of the medical staffs by mere uploading the video on a social media is a violation of medical ethics, technically and legally speaking the video can use as a mere evidence to file a complaint against the hospital that will hold a water in court which will also result as expulsion and termination who ever the party involve, for the medical staff as well as the hospital violates the Section 3(3) of Republic Act 3019 or the Anti-Graft and Corrupt Practices Act. a gross violation of the patient's right to privacy, confidentiality, and human dignity whereas also the unethical behavior and misconduct displayed by these medical practitioners over a patient who was unconscious and …show more content…
In human action we modify our action in various way the question that arise on this paper is laughing ethical is this is a moral concern.
