Executive Summary
The purpose of this assignment is to critically reflect on myself, in terms of my strengths and weaknesses, the team role I play, what motivates me to perform, how I learn and my future career plans.

I am a friendly, flexible and helpful person and I like to give advice to my colleagues when needed. I lack self-confidence and I need to improve my time management to help me to have a more productive and less stressful day.

From the learning style questionnaire I discovered I have strong preference for a reflector, theorist and pragmatist style and I need to develop an activist style.

I am motivated by expectation, I put more efforts into my work when I know there are expectation rewards related to my performance.

After using The Johari Window, I came to conclusion that I do not hide much of my personality. My two unknown characteristic from others are that I am shy and sensitive.

I learn by from observing my colleagues, and I listening other views. I am a good team worker. I like challenge and often like to win.

I made an action plan with activities I need to develop, these includes - to gain a further qualification, improve my IT skills, learn to touch-type and deliver exceptional customer service to increase my sales.
