Two examples of physical indicators;
Kelly saw bruises on Barbara’s wrists. She also noticed that Barbara’s face was slightly swollen.

Two examples of behavioural indicators; Barbara was defenceless, unable to communicate. She was withdrawn and did not respond to communication.

What action should be taken;
Kelly should tell Barbara that she saw that something bad had happened to Barbara. She must tell Barbara, that she must inform manager about it.
Kelly should inform to manager of Nursing Care Home about her observations.

Boundaries of confidentiality. When and who Kelly should share information.
Kelly should not to talk to another else about her observations. She should divide this information only with manager. She should be concrete, don’t talk about details which are needless. She should relate only facts, not suspecting.

Claire has known Adam since nine months. He was energetic and cheerful boy already, but now he often appears tired and quiet. Also Claire observed finger marks on Adam’s cheek.

Two examples of behavioural indicators;
Claire observed, that Adam is wary of teacher (adult) contact. He is also withdrawn, doesn’t want to play with a another children.

Claire should share her observation with manager

Claire should inform manager about changes which she observed with Adam’s behaviour and physical signs. She shouldn’t talk to another else about this situation. Claire shouldn’t share her observation with another members of staff, patents

    Charles feels as though Cyrus rejects his love but accepts Adam’s; similarly, Cal feels like Adam rejects his love but accepts Aron’s. Cyrus flat out says to Adam, “I love you better” (Steinbeck 28). Although Cyrus loves Adam better than Charles, Adam only admires Cyrus and does not truly love him. Ironically, Charles loves Cyrus, but Cyrus does not have the same feelings toward Charles.
