Times are changing, and the way the world is moving along is too. Many generations have past and every one of them have left their unique mark. The latest generation so called “millennials”, are doing their life differently than past generations. In the article, “Take the Creative Path to a Career”, from author Julia Wolfie, points out the different career paths took from past generations to millennials. Young Americans are taking different steps than usual in seeking their career path. Another article that supports Wolfie’s argument is an article from newspaper, The Atlantic, called “Millennials in Search of a Different Kind of Career” from author, Gillian B. White, who explains the motivations that millennials seek in finding the job that fits them the most. Past generations have a trend in the way of achieving their goals, millennials are doing things out of order, and are still achieving what they want. “It is generation even larger than the baby boomers” (Wolfie). For the large generation of young Americans full of innovated ideas, do you expect them to have in problems in finding a job? Yes, they do! Many millennials are unemployed, and as explained by the author, “the competition for job is more fierce than ever” (Wolfie). Even though, many young Americans count with an educational degree, this does not seem enough for employers. The author of “Take the Creative Path to a Career”, suggests using an educational degree the nontraditional way, it seems risky, but she assures “a range of useful skills can be applied in a number of creative ways”
