Study of “Behaviour” of a CEO in relation with the concept of Organisation behaviour?

ORGANISATION BEHAVIOUR
Organizational behaviour is the study and application at knowledge about the how people - as individuals and a groups - act within organization. It strives to identify ways in which people can act more effectively."

"Organizational behaviour can be defined as the understanding, prediction and management of the human behaviour affect the performance of the organizations is conerned with the study of what people do in an organization and how their behaviour affect the performance of the organizations.
Organizational behaviour is a scientific descipline in which a large number of research are conducted which improve its knowledge .

Objective of the organisation behaviour:

1. Manager do individuals who achive goles through oother people. 2. Manager main activity is make decision. 3. Good relation with the other employee. 4. Maintain the discipline. 5. Main objective is motivate the employee.
Then discuss the Behaviour of CEO in relation with the concept of organisation behaviour:
CEO means Chief Executive Officer. CEO is the main part of the organisation.CEO 1st objective are motivating the employee. 2nd is good relation with the other organisation member. The current study has tested the prediction that CEO cooperative behaviour has an impact upon organisation performance. This is a fundamental organisational issue that is in clear need of ululation through studies of practice. A large body of literature reveals that CEO cooperative behaviour and cooperative relationship at top leadership level are a core element in modern organisation. One premise for this argument is that cooperation becomes increasingly important when knowledge is considered the most strategically significant resources within the organisation. Another premise is that dynamic environment and structural changes in a global knowledge economy
