Marine Recruit Roles
The type of roles that recruits experienced in the US Marine Corps are formal role that is external and usually associated with responsibilities, and instrumental role, the one that helps a group achieve tasks. Recruits often had to follow the roles in order to achieve their assigned task with no emotional support provided. However, roles that are ambiguous can cause loss of productivity.
