Abstract
In these few years, with the increasing the demands, the aviation industry and technology grew rapidly fast and kept growing. Last fifty years, the aviation industry has been grown 5 per cents every year. Theworld’s airlines carried 2.5 billion passengers and 48millon tons ofcargo in 2010and the organisations predict the aviation industry will continue to grow faster. There are over 1000 airlines in the world according to fight stats, approximately 350 airlines start with A. This assignment going to be produces an analysis of an Asiana airline in Korea and develops a basic organisational analysis.

About Asiana airline. There two big full service airline in Korea, which are Korean Air and Asiana airline. Asiana has its headquarters in Asiana town in Seoul, South Korea. And this airline established on 17th of Febuary 1988.(Asiana Airlines). Asiana airline has consistently been recognized for its high level of services with winning the award for Best Airline Worldwide in Airport Service Quality in 2010 and took a third place in 2011. The awards from one of big aviation industry research company skytrax. And in 2012, Asiana airline has got new title from skytrax best airline in Asia. As well known, Incheon airport win the award for Best Airport Worldwide in Airport Service Quality for seven consecutive years.
Asiana is one of member of star alliance. And Asiana airline has code sharing with members of star alliance. The code share flight means that Asiana Airlines leases a portion of its seats to/from other carrier, and assigns the Asiana Airlines' flight number for ticket sales to customers. For customers flying with the code share flight, Asiana Airlines provides pre-information on the carrier that actually handles reservations and ticket sales, flight operation, and various flight services.
Asiana airline is operating domestic and international. For domestic, operating 12 cities with13 routes in Korea. For international operating, 22
