Product Name: Itel Mobile Phone (Model: IT 6700).

Introduction: Product planners need to think about products and services on three levels. Each level adds more customer value. The most basic level is core benefit. At the second level, product planners must turn the core benefit into actual product. Finally, product planners must build an augmented product around the core benefit and actual product by offering additional consumer services and benefits.
Now I discuss about levels of Itel mobile Phone.

Core Benefit: Staying connected with others by talking.

Actual Product: The Itel mobile phone is an actual product. Its name, parts, style, features, packaging and other attributes have all been combined carefully to deliver the core benefit of staying connected. Itel mobile provide slim design. It also provide following special features: • Dual sim dual standby. • Fm/ Mp3/ mp4 player. • 1.3 mega pixel camera. • Torch light.
Users also can use Internet and playing games by this phone. The monogram of this mobile phone is:

Augmented Product: The planners of Itel mobile build an augmented product around the core benefit and actual product by offering additional consumer services and benefits. Itel offer more than just a communications device. It provide consumers with a complete solution to mobile connectivity problems by Maple Care which have some branch in Bangladesh. When consumers buy a Itel, the company give buyers a warranty on parts. They also provide instructions on how to use the device, quick- repair services when needed. They also give some important tips about product maintenance.

Conclusion: Consumers see product as complex bundles of benefit that satisfy their needs with core consumer needs. Planners must design the actual product and find way to augmented it for most satisfying
