Dear Mr Brown,
I am writing in apply to your advertisement for the Group Leader at Kids´ Camp.
I believe that this position would suit me perfectly since I have the qualities you are looking for. I am a person with a very big patience, as well as an inventive mind and an outgoing personality.
Until recently I have been employed as a group leader at a summer camp at Camp Hilltop. Besides that this work gave me the experience you require, it gave me knowledge about the responsibility a group leader have. As well as the responsible I learned to communicate and understand different types of personalities, which I think is an important quality to have when you work with children.
At Camp Hilltop I was responsible for one smaller group of children between the ages five to nine. At this camp the children was given the opportunity to learn more about music and the nature. My duties were to schedule the activities through the day and look after my group. Because of this earlier experience I believe that I could perform the duties described in your advertisement quite sufficiently.

The camp was also nonprofit, with its donations going towards helping the community build and expand its facilities. Thus, I had to make sure to budget the money invested into the camp properly while also making sure that the camp was able to be successfully engaging on a low-budget. I was able to manage the budget and financial logistics by staying organized and prioritizing deadlines for each step of the process. I also reached out to my supervising senior directors for advice and support.
