What are the qualities of the creative leader? The creative leadership, I define, ‘The creative leadership isexercising the task to change the traditional role from commander to coach, manager to mentor, from director to delegator, and from one he demands respect to one who facilitate self-respect. The higher the proportion of the creative leaders in a nation, the higher the potential of success of visions like developed India.’

When a teacher is empowered with knowledge and experience, good young human beings with value systems emerge. When an individual or a team is empowered with technology, transformation to higher potential for achievement is assured. When a leader of any institution empowers his/her people, leaders are born who can change the nation in multiple areas. When women are empowered, society with stability gets assured.
When the political leaders of the nation empower the people through visionary policies the prosperity of the nation is certain. When religions are empowered and become a spiritual force, peace and happiness will blossom in people’s heart. Such an empowered stage will lead to creation of enlightened citizens with value system. Here
I suggest a solution by evolution of enlightened citizens with a combination of education, value system, religion graduating into spiritualism and visionary policies for prosperity. Based on the core competence India has experienced with great qualities of

He has strength because he helps his team out of the situations they face on their journey. By doing that he has to be courageous and not fear anything. The appropriate leadership style to use is dependent on the changing climate of the organisation i.e. in a dynamic work environment, charismatic leadership is the preferred style for effective outcomes. Creative and innovative work is demanding, resource intensive and requiring a high level of persuasion. The tasks developed in this kind of work are uncertain, risky and involve unforeseen processes, and as a result, setbacks and disruptions are likely to occur. As innovative work is complex, it demands a leader that is able to be agile and adapt to the ever changing circumstances of a dynamic organisation (Paulsen et al., 2009). Therefore the requirements of leadership today necessitates a leader that is multifaceted, having the ability to switch and more importantly know when to switch between leadership styles to ultimately guide their organisation to long term sustainable success (Barbuto,…

When examing what makes a good leader you can ask a very simple question, what I believe to be a very important factor, which is, do they have passion in what they do? Leaders in business today have to have a passion for what they do in order to make a successful and influential leader. The success of any company is only as great as the employees on the forefront make it. “Transformational leadership is a form of leadership that occurs when leaders ‘broaden and elevate the interests of their employees, when they generate awareness and acceptance of the purposes and the mission of the group and when they stir their employees to look beyond their own self-interest for the good of the group” (Bass, 1990).…

He should have mental toughness and a retentive or tenacious memory. Agood memory to enable them to recall people’s names, and the few essential facts that are pertinent to a wide range of problems. When he has a good memory he is able to act with spontaneity without having to refer to any records. No one can lead without being criticized or without facing discouragement. A potential leader needs a mental toughness and be resolute to go ahead with his vision. Everyone wants a tough-minded leader who sees things as they are and will pay the price. A leader needs to be practical, positive, upbeat. He should be a realist and have a proactive vision. He should get down to business with realistic goals. The effective leader must also be able to diagnose a situation and develop strategies for the improvement. In order to do this well, he must have the ability to perceive and apply a multitude of different “frames”. He should be practical enough to know when not to lead. He needn’t demonstrate his leadership by making all the decisions and charting every course. But handling the reins temporarily if the situation calls for it and giving them an opportunity to contribute their leadership to his would be what I would call a smart…
